Task Force Change™: How It Works

Task Force Change™ identifies:
-Need in the community
-Beneficiary organization
-Funding goal to resolve problem

New Task Force is formed:
-Registration opens
-Participants (aka what we call “Changers”) are confirmed
-Task Force is ready to launch

Task Force is underway:
-Changers engage in 30-day fitness challenge
-Changers fundraise for 30-days to meet goal

Task Force is completed:
-Fitness challenge is completed
-Fundraising goal is met
-100% of funds are distributed to organization


Task Force Change: In Practice

A local school is 200 backpacks short for the upcoming school year.

Task Force Change™ identifies the beneficiary organization that needs $2,500 for the outstanding backpacks.

Task Force Alpha is formed.

50 registrants, aka ’Changers’, have committed to join the challenge.

Task Force Alpha ‘Changers’ do 100 squats every day for 30 days.

‘Changers’ must also simultaneously raise $50 per person by the end of the 30-day challenge.

‘Changers’ have successfully fundraised a total of $2,500 for the beneficiary organization and they can buy their 200 backpacks.

Problem solved! And another victory for Task Force Change™ and its community!
