Participation in a physical challenge organized by Task Force Change, Inc. (a “Challenge”) may entail risks of personal injury or death due to your health and the inherent nature of a Challenge.

Similarly, the use of any recreational equipment while participating in a Challenge entails risks of personal injury or death due to defects in the equipment or deficiencies in its maintenance and repair. You understand that you may have preexisting conditions that would expose you to additional risk factors and agree to assume this additional risk and all other risk associated with your participation in a Challenge.

Prior to participating in a Challenge, you are advised to consult with a licensed medical practitioner.
